We get it. We’re a growing family and we're small business owners, too. We live right here in central West Virginia, and we're facing the same rising costs and tough decisions as our clients. And just like you, we’ve watched as insurance premiums — from auto and home to business and life — have climbed across the country.


According to PR Newswire, personal auto insurance rates are expected to rise by an average of 7.5% in 2025, although the pace of those increases is slowing compared to the past two years. Commercial insurance rates have also moderated slightlyWTW reports a 5.6% increase in late 2024, down from 6.1% the previous quarter. And Carrier Management notes that many carriers are beginning to stabilize rates after several years of volatility.


So while the news isn’t always positive, there’s reason for hope: the market is finally beginning to steady itself. And that’s exactly where we come in.
